About Global Communications Consulting
Global Communications Consulting was created to provide clients with specialist expertise on how to prepare for, and respond to, reputation challenges and crisis situations in the era of “Always On” digital communication. Our experience spans the aviation, travel and hospitality industries, but we have worked with a broad spectrum of clients in sectors such as manufacturing, petrochemicals, logistics, international football, education and fast-moving consumer goods.
Our experience includes developing crisis management and communication programmes for more than 100 clients around the world. We have worked extensively on codifying “best practice” in crisis communications for the aviation industry and for UEFA, governing body of European football. We have also been involved in the response to a wide range of crises including aircraft accidents, the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami and the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines MH370.
Services include crisis management audits, planning, crisis training, exercises and on-scene crisis support. We offer media skills training and help clients develop and refine their positioning and communication strategy. With our partners in CrisisVR, Global Communications Consulting is also helping to develop the next generation of crisis management training for the aviation, hospitality and travel industries using e-learning and Virtual Reality.
