Crisis Planning and Training
for ATR

The largest manufacturer of regional turboprops decided to create its first Crisis Communications Manual in 2014. The document was originally intended to guide the company’s response to crisis situations in the Asia Pacific region, but was adopted by company HQ to cover all global offices.

As part of the crisis preparation programme, we conducted training for members of the ATR Executive Committee in Toulouse, France, together with 30+ top management from safety, engineering, commercial operations and communications staff. Further training was provided for regional ATR offices in Singapore and Miami, Florida (covering North and Latin America and the Caribbean).
