Crisis Training
for Embraer

Embraer, the leading manufacturer of regional aircraft and business jets, engaged us to conduct crisis communication training for all senior management and regional offices around the world. The original training programme started in in 2005 and included workshops for the CEO and members of the executive committee at HQ in San Jose dos Campos, Brazil. Further training was provided at Embraer’s regional offices in Ft Lauderdale, Paris, Singapore and Beijing. In 2011, we conducted further training for the APAC regional team in Singapore and for the global PR team at HQ in Brazil. In January 2016, we also conducted a crisis communication workshop for almost 80 executives of Embraer China in Beijing.
